How I lost 20 lbs in 1 month!

I have been getting questions all the time about my weight loss journey and how i lost most of all my baby weight. I am going to keep this short and sweet:


How I lost the weight:

Mindset 

I had to change my mindset and plug in to motivational and inspirational podcast and books that eventually got me out of the unmotivated and lazy lifestyle I was living. YALL! I was hotmessexpress.com I ate whatever and laid down and was down right trifling with my eating habits and I decided to change and you can to. 

Nutrition

I had to change what I was eating and putting into my body. If you follow me on social media you know that I drink my "mom fuel" and shake every SINGLE day!.
