How I lost the weight:

  1. Changed my mindset
  2. Healthy Nutrition

Mindset

I had to change my mindset and plug in to motivational and inspirational podcast and books that eventually got me out of the unmotivated and lazy lifestyle I was living. YALL! I was hotmessexpress.com I ate whatever and laid down and was down right trifling with my eating habits and I decided to change and you can to.

Nutrition

I had to change what I was eating and putting into my body. If you follow me on social media you know that I drink my "mom fuel" and shake every SINGLE day!. The mom fuel is nothing but some metabolism boosting, energy giving all around awesome tea that I consume to help with digestion, weight-loss and energy. my "shake" consist of different flavors of the best meal replacement all around. It aids in weight-loss, digestion it has over 25 vitamins and minerals, 25g of protein and keeps you full most of the day!

My Postpartum Journey

 Hello Friends,

If you follow me on any of my social media sites you might have noticed I recently just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. She is an addition to the other two beautiful children I have and I am in the infamous " 4th trimester" . The "4th trimester" also known as postpartum is a journey in itself. It is different for every birth and every woman.

To give you a little bit of context I was in labor for 3 days. It was far from easy. I was in severe pain most of it. through all This year a lot of my own goals have been put on back burner but having my daughter let me know I have to move forward in my goals not only for the kids but for myself!

Our days consist of nursing, pumping and making sure the other two 7(yo) boy & 1(yo) girl don't kill each other in the process --- "siblings". I am navigating a new season in my life and I invite you on it as I journey through.

Restarting My Journey | Scrimba

 Hello Everyone,

This year with this pandemic life has been crazy. I went from super devoted to learn how to code, to barely opening up my laptop. I lost my passion. I felt slow and I had severe impostor syndrome. Moving on to now I had my 3rd child and It gave me a new purpose, a new fire, a new passion for becoming a software engineer.

Just to give you some context, I am a SAHM and wife of three beautiful children. I have a passion for technology and I love to learn new things. I will become a software engineer and be able to provide for my family! I have fought to be here.

This leads me to SCRIMBA!!! I am not sure if you heard about it but scrimba is a website that provides super cool fun tutorials for learning how to code. They currently have a career path to become a front end developer for 19$ a month. I had to jump on this deal and I am thankful to God for providing the funds for me to be able to do this. I am not sponsored by them in any way but I wanted to let you know where I am on my journey and I wanted to share this super cool resource with you all.
